In Other News...

I just wanted to share a few photos from recent days with you...

My new favorite thing is Arthur's habit of touching our faces. He looks you right in the eyes and touches our cheeks, eyes, noses. He often puts his hand in my mouth or pulls my lips while nursing. I never want to forget how special these moments are.

 Arthur & I met with his GG Do. She read him stories which was so pleasant to watch as it reminded me of how much I loved hearing her tell stories when I was growing up- she has that special voice and cadence that only grandmas seem to have.

 We spent an afternoon at the park with Nina & Bitsy, catching up on the latest gossip, enjoying some sun, trying out Nina's shades.

 Arthur has been sleeping in his crib for the first round of sleep this week. Ryan & I bought curtains to black out the light which has made it easier to put him down despite the long days.

Most exciting, Arthur has begun eating from a high chair. We got a little one that doesn't take much room in our little condo. He looks like such a big boy when he sits up for meals!
